Engineered Design
• Two sizes – 13″ and 20″. The 20″
Scraper fits 17″ and 20″machines
• 3/8” thick steel plate construction. The plate is e-coated forcorrosion resistance.
• The plate is fit with six (6) tungsten steel cutter holders mounted
with easily removed, allen head screws
• Each cutter holder carries one (1) 1” x 1” carbide cutting blade.
Each blade has 8 cutting edges.
• Mount the blade for a wide cutting edge, or a sharp cutting point
• The Hawk Scraper
mounts on the floor machine with a custommilled aluminum clutch plate on a riser (included).
• The aluminum
clutch plate won’t seize onto gear drive hub

Engineered Design
• The Orbitec Driver mounts under most conventional design 1.5 HP / 175 RPM floor machines
• The aluminum clutch plate is custom milled to provide easy on and off mounting
• Three sizes for use on 13”, 17” and 20” floor machines
• The electroplated 1/2” thick steel drive plate is built with six tool-holding pedestal heads
• These pedestals with are built with tool holding hook facing, securely mounting round diamond tools with hook-and-loop backing. Diamond tools are quickly changed without shop tools.
• The floor machine drives the Orbitec plate at 175 RPM in a clockwise direction. The pedestals spin 3” diamond tools at 400 RPM in a counter clockwise direction.
